# Studio Flamboyant — licensing

Studio Flamboyant is source-available portfolio software. It is not open source.

No permission is granted to use, copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, deploy or create derivative works from the original materials, in whole or in part, for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Public access is provided only for portfolio review, technical evaluation and discussion. Viewing and forking through GitHub remain subject to GitHub's Terms of Service.

Third-party components remain governed by their respective licenses. Their notices are available at:

Standard commercial licensing is available only through a separate signed agreement:
- Brazil: R$ 1,000 one-time fee
- International: USD 1,000 one-time fee

Each standard license is non-exclusive, perpetual for the lawfully obtained version, and limited to one final product. Access to released updates is included under the signed terms. Exclusive licensing is negotiated separately.
